For children aged up to 3 years admission is free of charge.

• Concessionary tickets eligibility: pre-school children, primary and secondary school students aged up to 19 years, undergraduate and doctoral university students, old age and disability pensioners, as well as disabled people with their carers, upon presentation of relevant documents,
• Group tickets eligibility: groups of 10 people or more. As for organised groups, 1 group organiser per each 10 people is entitled to admission free of charge.
• Ticket with Nasz Wrocław 365 eligibility: card holders. Eligibility for discount is checked upon presentation of the card at Hydropolis ticket office before entry to the exhibition. Urbancard Premium holders are entitled to purchase of up to 5 concessionary tickets with an additional discount. Eligibility for purchase of a concessionary ticket is checked upon presentation of the card at Hydropolis ticket office before entry to the exhibition.
• Family tickets with a Big Family Card eligibility: 2 adult people with at least 3 children. Holders of a Big Family Card and "Two plus three and more" card. Also purchase of single tickets (regular or concessionary) is possible, with an additional discount for holders of a Big Family Card. Eligibility for purchase of tickets with a Big Family Card is checked upon presentation of relevant documents at Hydropolis ticket office before entry to the exhibition.
